Safe visual observation checklist

Tick any observation you have completed safely. This is a local, browser-only checklist; it does not transmit or store your answers.

Do not: climb onto the roof, attempt to clear gutters from an unsafe ladder, approach unstable masonry, or touch wet electrical equipment. A checklist cannot identify hidden defects or replace a professional inspection.

What happens after your observations?

If you see new water ingress or displaced materials, note the evidence and arrange a competent assessment. If nothing is visibly wrong but the property has repeated damp patches or unexplained moisture, further investigation may still be needed.
